Dimitris Katikaridis gained his BSc degree from the department of Automation Engineering at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (ATEITh), Greece, his MSc degree from the Computer Science department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), and he works as a software developer at the CERTH/iBO while being a PhD fellow at Computer Science Department of University of Thessaly. His research interests focus on robotics technologies and Unmanned Guided Vehicles (UGVs). His programming skills involve C++, C#, Web based applications, Java and Linux Shell scripting.
